Cornus kousa 'National'
Chinese dogwood

Cornus kousa 'National' grows into a vase-shaped bush. Flowers appear in May/June and are surrounded by four large, overlapping, bracts. Its flowering probability is high, even at yound age. Its fruit grows at the end of summer and reach a size of about 4cm. The cultivar’s autumn colors and winterproofness are similar to the rest of the species, and the same goes for its care.
